Soft Landing Cyber Security
In less than a decade since its foundation, the KIT Gründerschmiede has become one of the leading startup incubators in Germany. As an integral part of the ecosystem around the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, it helps young tech talent get their ideas on the road to success. And the figures speak for themselves: 30 new startups founded and 50 patents filed every year are a clear sign of the potential of the incubator format.
One important engine of that success is the pooling of know-how and experience on the KIT Gründerschmiede’s many events and networking opportunities. This new event is all about getting the new businesses on the right track with due attention to the increasingly urgent issue of cybersecurity. Oliver Winzenried, Founder and CEO of Wibu-Systems, is on board to tell the participants what makes “Karlsruhe the ideal location for co-operative IT security innovation” and which role the IT Security Club can play as a unique co-working space for cybersecurity enterprises, with exceptional facilities, access to important networks, and the services of a dedicated innovation manager.
